Easter!

So we had Easter a little before Easter, actually, both at our house and at Grandma's house.  We celebrated Easter at home the Saturday before Easter so Emily could enjoy her gifts before her week at Camp Grandma for Spring Break.

Emily opened her basket and special gift (Mary Ellen's diner - American  Girl) on Saturday afternoon before a slumber party with Kelsie later in the day.  She got some candy, a new Pusheen cat, a Super Mario Brothers card game, a narwhal pillow and other fun treats.

  

Then Emily and Kelsie colored Easter eggs together the next morning (in their matching pjs from  Great Wolf).  The loved choosing the colors and admiring each masterpiece.  So glad the joy of coloring eggs continues even at age 10.  

  

  

 

Then, at Grandma's house the following week, the Easter fun continued with another basket from Grandma!  This is one luck little girl for sure!
