This year, we hosted both my mom and also Daniel's parents for Thanksgiving. We were trying to remember the last time Jane and Steve were both here. I think we determined it had been between 5 and 8 years. So having them back was really exciting! We had a pretty low-key holiday with turkey dinner and all the trimmings.
We had dinner about 2:30 and Zoey was impatiently waiting...
We had turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn casserole, broccoli, cranberry sauce, and crescent rolls. Yum! Then for dessert we had pumpkin pie dessert square, sour cream apple pie, chocolate pie and ice cream log.
And, you'll be happy to know that Zoey got her turkey.
