Today was the first spring-like day we have really had in Raleigh. It was sunny and about 60 degrees. Uncle Scott and Aunt Karen were in town so we loaded up the car with Mommy, Daddy, Emily, Uncle Scott, Aunt Karen, a tricycle and a stroller and headed to our favorite little pond/park in Apex. Last fall we had a terrible time getting Emily to ride in her stroller, but on this trip we were not sure how far she could ride her tricycle before she would get tired, so we brought them both. Turns out she wanted to ride in the stroller more than on the bike. She did ride her bike for a little while though and wanted Uncle Scott to push...actually she wanted Uncle Scott to do everything...even Mommy was chopped liver this weekend. All that mattered was "Uncle 'Cott." Needless to say, he was loving that and eating it up.
