Royal Tea Party

The West Virginia Symphony League sponsored a Royal Tea Party out at Berry Hills Country Club on December 4.  Ashley and I went and took Reagan and Emily.  It was probably a little too much for them for their age, but they were good and seemed to have a really good time.  Again, any event that allows Emily to wear her beloved red Christmas dress is a good thing.  The girls colored pictures, saw "the queen" and a "prince and princess" and got to eat scones, finger sandwiches and cookies (ok, mostly cookies).  They had story time for the kids and some dancers from the Nutcracker came to do a little dance.  Then they taught the girls how to dance.  See below.  Emily's favorite part was the dancers.  She still talks about them.  It was a fun event and a good chance for Emily and Reagan to play together too.
