We started our day with our favorite breakfast in all of Walt Disney World - Garden Grill! We all love this place and the food. Bacon, eggs, tater tots, fruit, cinnamon rolls AND Mickey waffles too. Sooo good. Plus we get a few character meet and greets too.
Another plus for Garden Grill is that when we finished we were right there ready for Soarin' and Livin' With the Land.
After our tour of The Land, it was time for The Seas with Nemo and Friends.
After the seas we were off to races at Test Track! Emily loves designing the car and of course we all love going fast!!!
We keep hearing rumors that Spaceship Earth is going to be closing soon for renovations and could be closed for up to two years. So, we weren't going to miss a chance to ride. And, judging by the line, we weren't the only ones who heard that rumor.
After Spaceship Earth it was time for a rest. So, off the the Disney Vacation Club member lounge. Such a neat little place - a great spot to rest, get a drink and snack (free!) and recharge.
Then it was time for our walk back to get changed and ready for dinner at the Yachtsman - but first we stopped to trade pins and then took the Friendship boat back to the resort.
We had just enough time to let Emily swim a little bit. She may be growing up, but she still loves her pool/slide time.
After we the swim, we had time to clean up and change and then it was off to dinner. I just love the walk down the boardwalk and over to The Yacht Club. It is so peaceful and nice and dinner was fantastic! Emily loved her steak and mashed potatoes. Ate the whole thing!
After dinner, we walked back down the boardwalk and got ice cream at this cute little shop. So fun! Definitely a full day...lots of steps...and lots of fun!
