This year's Disney on Ice show almost didn't happen thanks to a pretty decent snowfall in the early morning hours. Luckily, we were able to take Dan's Pilot (he was headed out on a ski trip with Nathan). So we braved the conditions in the big car and off we went. Those tickets don't come cheap after all. You can kind of see in these pictures that there weren't very many people there initially. it did fill up more as the show went on, but it was still a pretty light crowd and we had terrific seats. This year was particularly magical for Emily since she started ice skating lesson herself. She was really taken more with the skaters than the characters, it seemed. It was really neat.
We still had a great time complete with Tinkerbell shave ice and plastic Anna and Elsa dolls as souvenirs.
