I had hoped maybe, just maybe, the load of senior year would be light and maybe Emily would get to come with us for our fall Disney trip, but it was not to be. So, Daniel and I went on our own and gave Emily some peace and quiet at home. We started our fun at Epcot for dinner at the International Food & Wine Festival. My selections included pumpkin ravioli and a tostada from Mexico. Daniel had a pork slider and also had the tostada from Mexico. For dessert we both chose an apple churro sundae that was the most delicious thing ever.
We also had a little time to ride some rides including Test Track (the new version), Living with the Land, Soarin' and Guardians of the Galaxy!
