Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

We worried all afternoon that the rain might keep us from Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on Tuesday night.  BUT, as luck would have it, the skies cleared and off we went to the party!  We went as Tinker Bell, Tinker Bell and Peter Pan.  It was kind of fun getting all dressed up.

Our first stop was to see the trick-or-treat trail.  It wasn't long however until we were derailed by a meet and greet with Jasmine, Aladdin, Abu and Genie!  By the time it was our turn, Aladdin and Abu had to leave, but we did get to meet Jasmine and Genie.  From there we hopped in line for the Magic Carpets!  This was another of Emily's favorite rides.

After some more rides, we hit the trick-or-treat trail once again to gather a few more treats and then it was time to find a seat on the parade route for the Boo to You Halloween Parade!  We grabbed a quick serve meal along the way and ate while we watched the parade. The parade featured a lot of our favorite Disney characters all dressed up for Halloween.  It was really unique and really fun.  After the parade was over we made our way out to find a spot for the Hallowishes fireworks!  While waiting, Emily rode the People Mover (again).  The fireworks were spectacular.   I am really glad we went to the party.  It was definitely a highlight of the trip!
