Time Out for a Swim!

I remembered reading in my Disney planning books that kids who were asked about their Disney World experience all said they wished they had more time at the pool.  We tried to keep this in mind for Emily.  So, after our time at Epcot, we returned to the resort and let Emily have some pool time.  She was very excited about the water slide (as was Daddy) so that was the first stop at the pool!  She liked the big water slide the best, but there was also a little tiny one that she tried out several times as well.  She also enjoyed just splashing around and pretending she was Ariel.  It was a fun afternoon for sure.

After the pool, we took a nap and then headed back over to Epcot to meet Mom and Bob, ride Soarin' one more time and then check out the fireworks which were set to Emily's favorite "Disney Song" - Reflections of Earth.  When the fireworks were over we let Emily go to the Duffy store and choose her very own Duffy Bear to bring home. She chose one all dressed up for Halloween.  I was tickled because I really loved him too.  :-)
